Description:

The EVO-5 series from Sanlight makes quite an impression with its very low input voltage of 320Watt. The EVO-5 can be compared to a 400 to 650 Watt sodium lamp, but the effective power consumption is much lower and the LED is very efficient. The EVO 5 - 100 is ideal for a 100cm x 100cm tent (footprint) and the EVO 5 - 120 for a 120cm x 120cm tent (footprint). The largest lamp in the EVO series, the EVO-5 - 150 can easily be accommodated in a 150cm x 150cm tent.

Important information: 

A connection cable is not included in the price of the Sanlight LED and must be purchased additionally. The cables of the previous generation (GEN-2) can be used to operate the EVO series! If you do not have a cable, this is necessary for the operation of the lamp!

The section below also shows how many Sanlight LED's of the EVO series must be hung for each footprint size and at what angle to generate the optimal illumination.

Protection & Light Deflection:

During the production of the Evo luminaires by Sanlight, attention was paid to the protective and light-directing secondary optics of the lamps and these were further optimised compared to the previous Sanlight series. The asymmetrically aligned secondary optics increase the photon transport to the plants and also ensure the protection of the LEDs from external environmental influences. Chemical substances and water can therefore no longer harm the LEDs, which prevents oxidation and the resulting reduction of the LEDs.

The finest lighting technology:

Only the best is built into the new Sanlight Evo luminaires. OSRAM High Power LEDs contribute to the decisive strength of the plant lamp. The patented WICOP technology from Seoul Semiconductor dispenses with silver as a connecting material and lead frames in the construction of the LEDs, thus increasing robustness and efficiency and reducing weight.

Ready-To-Dim:

All EVO luminaires can be dimmed. A Bluetooth or magnetic dimmer only has to be purchased for this purpose.

Quality is already evident in the cable:

All plug connections of the EVO series are equipped with waterproof connectors. In addition, all lamps can be connected by means of a 'daisy chain'.

Maximisation down to the last detail:

The somewhat untypical design of the EVO series has its purpose! Even if the lamps are a little higher at first glance, in a practical sense a lot of height can be saved. Ventilation technology in grow tents is usually mounted on the ceiling. The EVO series is ideal for positioning the required ventilation equipment between the lamps. Thus, not a centimetre of usable height is lost!
