BIONOVA Ca-15

This product contains 15% (180 gr/L) pure calcium as well as 3% nitrogen and the trace elements iron, copper and manganese.

Calcium is found in cell walls and membranes and plays an important role in ionic reactions in the plant. 
Calcium is transported in the plant via a stream created by evaporation (xylem). 
At high humidity this stream is small, which can cause deficiencies.

A deficiency of calcium weakens the cell walls, which directly manifests itself in a higher susceptibility to mould, as well as the death of growing points and young leaves.
An excess of calcium also sometimes occurs. 
In this case, brown speckles appear on the leaves.

Ca 15 is a very clean product, acts quickly and does not increase the pH-value.
Ca 15 is economical to use and contains 180 grams of pure lime per litre of liquid.
Ca 15 can be used in any medium, does not cause clogging and does not pollute.
