The MT Tumbler 500 MED is designed for licensed producers with cGMP requirements. It is designed and manufactured in our facilities in Europe, where we always work under CE quality standards and the most demanding regulations, adding to the MT Tumbler 500 MED the technology, design, materials and finishes in stainless steel for the trimming of medical cannabis, complying with food quality and GMP requirements, as well as IQ and OQ certifications.
The MT Tumbler 500 MED is made entirely of stainless steel in all parts in which the product to be processed passes through and/or comes into contact, and this material is also included in other parts such as the top cover, pulleys, bearings, handles...
All parts are certified for food use. The qualities of its design, materials and finishes allow it to be used to process medical cannabis in compliance with the most demanding GMP quality standards.

WET TRIMMING OR DRY TRIMMING? Change the barrel in a few seconds
Work wet and dry in a few seconds by simply changing the barrel and without any tools. The parts where the flowers pass through and contact with the flowers on both barrels are made entirely of 304 stainless steel.
Usually the wet barrel is included as standard, if you need the dry barrel or both options, do not hesitate to contact us.
Avoids cross contamination
Each barrel is laser marked with the serial number of the trimmer, avoiding the possibility of cross-contamination and the perfect matching of the barrel with your trimmer, ensuring traceability.
Safety system
The MT Tumbler 500 MED has a safety system that ensures operator protection at all times. Its design includes a double safety detector: in the top cover and in the side cover. The integrated detectors ensure that the machine stops completely if the Tumbler is opened during operation, preventing a possible accident at work due to incorrect use of the machine.
Waterproof
Basic maintenance of the trimmer requires a maximum of 10 minutes and no tools.All parts of the MT Tumbler 500 MED are waterproof, so the machine can be thoroughly cleaned with hot pressurized water with complete safety and disinfected with Master Clean totality afterwards.
