The MT Tumbler 500 MED is designed for licensed manufacturers with cGMP requirements. It is developed and manufactured in our facilities in Europe where we always work under CE quality standards and the most demanding regulations. The MT Tumbler 500 MED has the technology, design, materials and surfaces of stainless steel for trimming medical cannabis and meets the requirements of food quality and GMP as well as the IQ and OQ certifications.
The MT Tumbler 500 MED is made entirely of stainless steel in all parts that the product to be processed passes through and/or comes into contact with it. This material is also found in other parts such as the upper cover, the rollers, the bearings, the handles.
All parts are certified for use in the food sector. The qualities of design, materials and processing allow the processing of medical cannabis in compliance with the strictest GMP quality standards.

Work wet and dry in a few seconds by simply replacing the drum without tools. The parts through which the flowers run and which come into contact with the flowers are made entirely of 304 stainless steel on both drums.
Normally the wet cylinder is included. If you need the dry cylinder or both options, do not hesitate to contact us.
Avoids cross-contamination
Each drum is equipped with a laser marking that contains the serial number of the trimmer. This avoids the possibility of cross contamination and ensures the perfect allocation of the drum to your trimmer.
Security system
The MT Tumbler 500 MED has a safety system that ensures the operator's protection at any time. The device is equipped with a double safety detector: in the upper cover and in the lateral cover. The integrated detectors ensure that the machine stops completely when the tumbler is opened during operation, thus preventing possible accidents by improper use of the machine.
Waterproof
All parts of the MT Tumbler 500 MED are waterproof, so that the machine can be completely safely cleaned with hot pressure water and then completely disinfected with Master Clean.
