It has its ancestors in the Ketama region and has been subjected to an intensive breeding program that has led to a very resinous outdoor variety. Unfortunately, it also needs the Moroccan climate and soil type to preserve the pure Ketama flavour. But instead of this pure Ketama flavour, the European version develops an enormous aromatic smell that is so special that you can't resist the smell - not to mention the smoke.The best seeding time is mid-April to mid-May. It is not recommended to prefer it in the house, as it will bloom semi-automatically and this would lead to them starting to bloom outdoors in May. They need the longer days and the intense sun in high summer to grow.For the warmer/mediterranean climate zones, we offer outdoor varieties with a very high ratio of flowers to leaves (more flowers than leaves, stone-hard buds).
