Acne and pimples are known mainly from puberty: In this period of life, the hormone change promotes the formation of skin impurities. However, many adults also suffer from hyperactive sebum glands and thus from increased skin fat production. The excess skin fat not only makes the skin shine oily, but also clogs the pores and sebum glands (comedons). This leads to congestion and the formation of mites (acne comedonica). To remove these by pressing or squeezing, it also irritates the skin and actually leaches the pores. Although the skin fat is degraded by the body, the degradation creates free fatty acids that irritate the surrounding tissue and favour inflammations. The CBD Clearifying Skin stabilizes the natural pH value of the skin and the skin immune system with high-quality ingredients.
