SMART CO2 - CO2 bags

Description:

Smart CO2 is a safe, natural and effective method for producing CO2 (autobon dioxide) for your plants. Other methods such as generators or CO2 tanks can be too expensive and time consuming. After the bag has been placed correctly over the plant, you do not need any further maintenance.

Plants use photosynthesis, a process that converts water, sunlight and CO2 into basic materials that support their growth and diet. The more CO2 is in the air, the more active and successful the plants are in the uptake of CO2. A faster CO2 conversion leads to faster and more intensive growth. Plants also absorb CO2 through small pores at the bottom of the leaves, the so-called vents. If the CO2 content is higher, the plants do not have to open these pores as often or as far as this leads to a lower water loss and a lower chance of absorbing critically harmful air pollutants.
