General note:

For the growth phase, the energy saving lamps are significantly better than conventional discharge lamps due to their high proportion of blue light. For the flowering phase, energy saving lamps can be used as additional lighting to fully illuminate shady areas in the grow tent. Due to the low heat development, the energy saving lamps can also be installed very close to the plant. Due to their low energy consumption and the non-necessity of a ballast, they are among the cheapest and most efficient additional lighting for plants of all kinds in the flowering phase. In growth, only energy saving lamps (best with growth spectrum) can be used to cultivate the plants.
